Booking Procedure

Anyone wishing to participate in Bjoern Grass-Run Cruises can book their cabin directly through this website or by outside agents.

Proceed to the online registration tab on the itinerary and click on it. Fill in the information required in the mandatory fields. Once ensuring correctness, press submit. You should receive an email confirmation from us after registering.

Upon booking the cabin you will be required to put down an additional deposit of approximately $250 pro person to hold your cabin until the final payment date in February. Final payment will be required on February 1st/17.

Important*

Names must be entered exactly as they appear on your passport. If you don’t have a passport, please apply for one asap and register as your future passport will appear.

Cancellation Rules

If you have to cancel the trip before final payment , your cabin deposit will be refunded in full. However, there will be a cancellation fee of $50 per runner for cancellation of the run package. After final payment, cancellations will result in penalties from the cruiseline. There will be no refunds of the run package after final payment unless a Doctor’s note with a valid reason is submitted . A 50% cancellation penalty will apply.
